Is Meditation tapping at your door? There is a huge “buzz” circling around the word and practice of Meditation.  Yes, of course, it’s good for you and has a myriad of health and wellness benefits…

To name a few…

Meditation increases the body’s relaxation response just like you may have experienced in an incredible massage.

Your nervous system gets great rest and the body just soaks up healing.  The Immune System gets a healthy boost, Digestion Improves, Sleep Cycles are enhanced and deepened, and the is Mind gets a good wash to open up and calm and clear.  We actually can change our brain matter through a consistent Meditation practice.  Meditation provides a buffer against stress and that has a ripple effect that you experience throughout the day.

You get to investigate into your own experience and your own mind itself.  You may just fall in love with yourself over and over again as the body and mind balance, restore, and are fed true nourishment from your Meditation practice.

I am not saying that it’s easy to commit to something that may seem foreign and quite possibly overwhelming, but I do believe there is no such thing as a bad meditation.  It is easy to get caught up in the outcome, or think you are doing something wrong.  Just show up! That’s it. The rest will take care of itself.   Remember: You may just fall in love with the practice of Meditation.  Warning: You may just fall in love with YOU!

My classes are experiential. We explore all different types and tools of Meditation practice.  We may travel through a guided visualization or do a writing exercise or simply focus on the miracle of the breath.  The possibilities are endless.  You will have an opportunity to try all different ways and uncover what might suit you best at this moment in time.  Look forward to meeting you.
